Hull

Aluminum hull welded at our fabrication stations in Franklin, with a polymer bottom installed in our sound-proof polymer booth. Each hull is sized to the load it carries and the water it runs.

Power

Engine, drive, propeller and cage, rigged at dedicated rigging stations in our shop. The power is matched to the boat's weight and the job it does, from a single engine to multi-engine work boats.

How a build works

From First Call to the Water

  1. 01

    Call or send a request

    Tell us what the boat is for, how many seats you need and where it will run: open water, shallow marsh or dry marsh. That decides the hull size and engine.

  2. 02

    Spec the boat

    We settle the hull size, engine, seating and finish with you before any metal is cut. A 30% deposit starts the build.

  3. 03

    We build it

    Hull, rigging, seating and finish, all done in our Franklin shop. Most builds take 6 to 8 weeks.

  4. 04

    On the water

    Your finished boat, rigged and ready to run from day one. Pick it up at our shop in Franklin, or ask us about delivery.

Started as Mark's Airboats

Opened in 1986 in a small shop behind the house. Today it's an 11,000‑square‑foot shop on two acres in Franklin.
